“Isla Quests”: Refers to our company offering Game Localization and Game Server Hosting services.
“Services”: Refers to all offerings provided by Isla Quests, including but not limited to localization, hosting, and related support.
“Client”: Refers to any individual or entity using our services.
“Content”: Refers to any files, data, scripts, or materials provided by the Client for use in our services.

2. Use of Services

Our services are intended for professional use by individuals or entities in the gaming industry.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the service agreement process.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or violate any laws.

3. Service Delivery

Game Localization: We will deliver localization services as agreed upon in the project scope, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Game Server Hosting: Hosting services will be provided with optimal performance and uptime, subject to reasonable limitations such as scheduled maintenance or unavoidable technical issues.
Changes to Services: Isla Quests reserves the right to modify services, including pricing and features, with prior notice to Clients.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide all necessary assets, files, and access required for the completion of the agreed-upon services.
Maintain backups of your original data. While we prioritize security, we are not responsible for data loss.
Use our hosting services responsibly and refrain from activities that may compromise the security or functionality of our servers.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms, including fees, are outlined in your service agreement.
Payments must be made on time to avoid interruptions in service.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to their content.
By providing your content to Isla Quests, you grant us a non-exclusive, temporary license to use the content solely for the purposes of delivering our services.
Isla Quests retains ownership of any tools, scripts, or processes developed during the service process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Isla Quests will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.

8. Termination

By the Client: You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice.
By Isla Quests: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, all project files and data will be returned to the Client or securely deleted.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the service process. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
